On this project, we once again collaborated with Dublin-based architects Dublin Design Studio, led by David Craig, renowned for their bold and contemporary design approach.

This semi-detached home was transformed through a substantial modern extension to the side and rear. The design features a dramatic vaulted ceiling, carefully crafted to maximise natural light and frame views of the clients' beautiful mature garden.

Internally, the space is defined by a refined material palette. A polished concrete floor with underfloor heating provides both comfort and a sleek aesthetic, complemented by crisp white walls. The warmth of oak finishes contrasts elegantly with the striking RAL black kitchen, creating a balanced and contemporary living environment.

A cleverly designed new entrance hall to the side of the house seamlessly connects the extension to the original structure, leading back to the existing stairs and hallway while opening into a stunning new kitchen and living space.
